AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §1171.8 OF THE
BURLINGAME ORDINANCE CODE PROVIDING FOR
THE DEPOSIT OF SALES AND USE TAX COLLECTIONS
IN THE GENERAL FUND
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1171.8 of the Ordinance Code of the City
of Burlingame as adopted by Ordinance No. 726 is hereby amended
to read and provide as follows:
"Section 1171.8. Disposition of Proceeds.
All monies collected under and pursuant to the
provisions of this Article 11D shall be deposited and paid
into the General Fund of the City of Burlingame."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 3rd _ day of August, 1964, and adopted
adjourned
thereafter at a regular/ meeting of the City Council held on the
27th day of August , 1964, by the following vote:

Noes: Councilmen: Johnson
Absent Councilmen: None
