AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 412.4
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS
SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
SECTION 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
amended by adding thereto Section 412.4 which shall read as

SECTION 412.4. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
$92.00 during the month of October, 1964, and thereafter he shall
receive the sum of $23.00 per month as compensation for his
services as City Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the Planning
Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
law.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular adjourned meeting
of the City Council held on the 20th day of July, 1964, and
adopted thereafter at a regular .meeting of the City Council held
on the 3rd day of August, 1964, by the following vote:
