AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 787 AND
SECTION 412,4 OF THE 1941 ORDINANCE CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME FIXING THE COMPENSA-
TION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS SERVICES AS
CITY AUDITOR AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY OF THE
PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 412.4 of the 1941 Ordinance Code of the
City of Burlingame, as amended by Ordinance No. 787 adopted
August 5, 1963, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law,

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council held on the 2nd day of March , 1964,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 16th day of March , 1964, by the following votes:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: crone �
