AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING EXEMPTIONS FROM THE PAYMENT
OF FOOD ESTABLISHMENT PERMIT FEES TO CERTAIN
ORGANIZATIONS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Schools, churches and charitable organizations
exempt from the payment of real property taxes under the laws of
the State of California are exempt from the payment of fees for
the issuance of a food establishment permit under the provisions
of Ordinance No. 823 adopted July 6, 1965.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 1st day of November , 1965,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 15th day of November 1965, by the fol-
lowing vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby.
