REGULATING PARKING OF VEHICLES ON RHINETTE, CARMELITA,
CHULA VISTA LAGUNA CAPUCHINO AND JUANITA AVENUES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1 Section 13.36.020 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto subparagraph 8 which shall read and provide as
follows:
"8. Rhinette Avenue. It shall be unlawful for the
driver of any vehicle to park such vehicle on the southerly side
of Rhinette Avenue between the hours of nine a.m, and six p.m."
SECTION 2 Section 13.36.040B of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto subparagraphs 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13, which shall
read and provide as follows:
"9. The southerly side of Carmelita Avenue between
Chula Vista Avenue and E1 Camino Real.
1110. Chula Vista Avenue between a point 300 feet south
of Broadway and Carmelita Avenue.

"ll. Laguna Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Carmelita
"12. Capuchino Avenue between Lincoln Avenue and Broad-
"13. The northerly side of Juanita Avenue between
Laguna Avenue and California Drive."
SECTION 3 Section 13.36.040 of the Municipal Code is amended
by adding thereto subparagraph c which shall read and provide as
follows:
"c It shall be unlawful for the driver of any vehicle
to park such vehicle for a period of more than two hours between
the hours of nine a.m. and four p.m. of any day, Sundays and holi-
days excepted, upon any part of the following streets or portions
of streets, to wit:
1. The northerly side of Carmelita Avenue between
Chula Vista Avenue and E1 Camino Real.1°
SECTION 4 The Director of Public Works is directed and ordered
to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 5 This ordinance shall be published as required by law.
