ORDINANCE NO. 826
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 412.4
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR HIS
SERVICES AS CITY AUDITOR AND ASSISTANT SECRETARY
OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. The Municipal Code of the City of Burlingame is
Ihereby amended by adding thereto Section 412.4 which shall read as
Ifollows:
SECTION 412.4. The City Clerk shall receive the sum of
$152.00 during the month of October, 1965, and thereafter he shall
receive the sum of $61.00 per month as compensation for his
services as City Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the Planning
Commission.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that the
foregoing ordinance was introduced. at a regular adjourned meeting
of the City Council held on the 19th day of July, 1965, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 2nd day of August, 1965, by the following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin.
Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby
