AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE
CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 1221.20
PROVIDING FOR INTERSECTION STOPS FOR VEHICLES AT THE
INTERSECTION OF CARMELITA AND VANCOUVER AVENUES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. The Ordinance Code of the City of Burlingame is
hereby amended by adding thereto Section 1221.20 which shall read
as follows:
"Section 1221.20. The driver of any vehicle approach-
ing the intersection of Carmelita and Vancouver Avenues
from any direction shall bring his vehicle to a full
stop before entering such intersection."
Section 2. The Director of Public Works is hereby directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving
notice of the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the -1st day of
February, 1965, and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 15th day of February , 19651 by the
following vote:
Ayes: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-Martin_
Noes: Councilmen: Drone
Absent Councilmen; None
