AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §25.12.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE DIVIDING THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME INTO DISTRICTS BY CLASSIFYING
CERTAIN LANDS KNOWN AS "LANDS OF BURLINGAME
SHORE LAND COMPANY", HERETOFORE UNCLASSI-
FIED AS A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame Munici-
pal Code and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 are
hereby amended by classifying the lands particularly described in
Exhibit "A". attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part
of this ordinance by reference, which said lands have heretofore
been unclassified as a light industrial (M-1) district.

I, HERBERT K. WHITE, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the -6ith day of Sept., 1966, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
19th day of September , 19 66 , by the following votes:
AYES: Councilmen: Crosby-Diederichsen-George-Johnson-
Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None

EXHIBIT "A"
All that real property in the City of Burlingame, County
of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly line of Broadway (60
feet wide) extended Northeasterly, at the most Northerly point of
Parcel I. described in the Deed from Burlingame Shore Land Co., a
corporation, to State of California, dated June 30, 1943 and re-
corded August 31, 1943 in Book 1076 of Official Records at page
343 (File No. 91307-E), Records of San Mateo County, California;
thence North 33° 33' East along said Southeasterly line of Broad-
way extended 150 feet, more or less, to the most Westerly corner
of lands described in the Deed to City of Burlingame, a Municipal
corporation, dated April 26, 1951 and recorded May 31, 1951 in
Book 2078 of Official Records at page 523 (File 39555-J), Records
of San Mateo County, California; thence along the Southwesterly
and Southeasterly lines of said lands, South 49° 34' 1511 East
653.00 feet and North 33' 33' East 200.00 feet to a point in the
Northeasterly line of Swamp and Overflowed Lands Survey #12;
thence Southeasterly along the Northeasterly line of said Swamp
and Overflowed Land Survey to the Northeasterly line of the Buri
Buri Rancho; thence in a general Northwesterly direction along
said Rancho line to the Northeasterly line of the Bayshore Free-
way, as established by Deed to State of California before men-
tioned; thence continuing Northwesterly and Northerly along the
boundaries of the Bayshore Freeway to the point of beginning.
