AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §25.12.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE DIVIDING THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME INTO DISTRICTS BY CLASSIFYING
CERTAIN LANDS HERETOFORE UNCLASSIFIED AS
A TIDAL PLAIN (TP) DISTRICT,
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame Munici-
pal Code, and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539, are
hereby amended by classifying the lands particularly described in
Exhibit "A", attached hereto, incorporated herein and made a part
of this ordinance by reference, which said lands were heretofore
unclassified, as a tidal plain (TP) district.
Section 2: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the

Beginning at a point at the intersection of section lines
common to sections 12 and 13 with the Meridian line between Range
4 West and Range 5 West, Town 4 South of Mount Diablo Base and
meridian, thence Easterly along the Northerly line of Section 18
T4S, R4W, M.D.B.&M. 4928 feet M.O.L. to the NEly corner of
Reclamation District 2097, thence along the Ely line of Reclama-
tion District 2097 and continuing Sly 1721 feet M.O.L. to the Cityi
limit line of City of Burlingame being also the centerline of
Burlingame Avenue extended, thence NEly along the centerline ex-
tended of Burlingame Avenue being also the City limits line, to
the Nally line of the 60 foot Right of Way along the beach deed to j

along the arc of a curve to the right having a radius of 2802.00
feetand a central angle of 16°00'10" and arc length of 782.60
feet,, S44°59150'E 744.45 feet and along the arc of a curve to the
right having a radius of 2802.00 feet and a central angle of
17*05119f1 an arc length of 835.70 feet; thence 535`20138"W 271.37'
to a point on the northeasterly line of the 125 foot right of way
known as Bayshore Highway, thence SEly along said 125 foot Bay -
shore Highway R.O.W. on a curve to the right having a radius of

said lands of City of Burlingame and continuing along the curve to'
the right having a radius of 2562.5 feet and central angle of
0°321011° an arc length of 23.87 feet, thence S22°021221E 136.34
feet, thence N35°20138"E 771.04 feet M.O.L. to the most Ely corner';
of said lands of City of Burlingame, thence SEly along the Govern—
ment Meander Line S14°45'E 1750.36 (26.52 chains) and S34°00140'W
1015.25 M.O.L. (15.77 chains) to the quarter corner in the N line
of Section 13, T4S, R5W, M.D.B.&M., said Government Meander Line
being along in part the Northerly line of Bearint Industrial Park
Subdivision as shown on that map recorded March 11, 1959 in Vol.
50 of Maps at page 39 Records of San Mateo County, California,
thence Ely along the N line of Section 13, T4S, R5W, M.D.B.&M,
2407.98 feet M.O.L. to the point of beginning.
