AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.08,070
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF
BURLINGAME BY PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE
IN THE RATE OF SEWER RENTAL CHARGES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1, §15.08.070 of the Municipal Code of the City
of Burlingame is hereby amended by substituting the word "ten" for
the word "eight" wherever the word "eight" appears in said section
and by substituting the word "twenty" for the word "fifteen"
wherever the word "fifteen" appears in said section.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

going ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 1st day of August, 1966, and adopted there-
after at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 15th day of
August , 1966 , by the following votes:

Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
