AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.12.010 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE DIVIDING THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
INTO DISTRICTS BY RECLASSIFYING A PORTION OF
LOT 6, BLOCK 13, SUPPLEMENTARY MAP TO MAP No. 1
OF THE TOWN OF BURLINGAME, FROM A FOURTH RESIDENTIAL
(MULTI -FAMILY) (R-4) DISTRICT TO A SECOND COMMERCIAL
(SERVICE BUSINESS) (C-2) DISTRICT
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25.12.010 of the Burlingame
Code, and the zoning maps attached to Ordinance 539, are hereby
amended by reclassifying the parcel of real property particularly

described in Exhibit A, attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
made a part of this ordinance,from a Fourth Residential (Multi -Family)
(R-4) District to a Second Commercial (Service Business) (C-2) Dist-
rict.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published as req- !
uired by law.
I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 6th day of June, 1966, and adopted there-
after at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 20th
day of June, 1966, by the following vote.

All that real property situated in the City of Burlingame,
County of San Mateo, State of California, particularly descrihetk
as follows:

entitled "SUPPLEMENTARY MAP TO MAP NV s TOWN OF BURLINGAME,
SAN MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" which snap was filed in the office
of the Recorder of the County of San ?Mateo, State of California;.
on August 10, 190s in Book "B" of Maps a:. page 28, and a cope
entered in Book 3 of Maps at page 71, more particularly descx b:_;'
as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 6; thence
northeasterly along the southeasterly line of Bayswater Aver us:
100 feet; thence southeasterly parallel to Highland Avenue,
