PROVIDING BUSINESS LICENSE FEES FOR OUTDOOR
MOTION PICTURE THEATER.

The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain as
follows:
Section 1. Section 6.08.031 is hereby added to the Municipal
Code of the City of Burlingame to read and provide as follows:
" 6.08.031 Outdoor Motion Picture Theater. Every person
conducting, managing, carrying on or operating an outdoor theater
where moving or notion pictures are exhibited shall pay the fol
annual license fee per screen:
Number of stalls -
1 to 500
501 to 750
751 to 1,000
1,001 to 1,500
In excess of 1,500
Fee per annum -
$ 150.00
$ 200.00
$ 300.00
$ 400.00
$ 450.00
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as required
by law.
