AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §13.20.030 OF THE
BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE AND PROVIDING FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY SIGNS
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Section 13.20.030 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Burlingame is amended to read and provide as follows:
"Section 13 20 030 - Yield Right -of -Way Intersection.
Pursuant to the provisions of §21356 of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California, the Director of
Public Works is hereby ordered and directed to pro-
cure and install yield right-of-way signs at the
following intersections:
°"a. At the southeasterly corner of the intersection
of Ray Drive and Davis Drive and Davis Court. The
said signs shall be so installed as to require
vehicles entering the intersection of Ray Drive,
Davis Drive and Davis Court from Davis Drive to
yield the right-of-way to vehicles entering said
intersection from Ray Drive and from Davis Court.
"b. At the intersection of Balboa Avenue and
Sherman Avenue. The said signs shall be so install-
ed as to require vehicles entering the said inter-
section from Sherman Avenue to yield the right-of-
way to vehicles entering said intersection from
Balboa Avenue."
Section 2: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 19th day of June, 1967, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
Sth day of July 196 7 , by the following
votes:

Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
