AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUBPARAGRAPH C OF
§13.20.020 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
DESIGNATING HOWARD AVENUE A THROUGH STREET
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
Section 1: Subparagraph C of §13.20.020 of the Municipal
Code of the City of Burlingame is hereby amended to read and pro-
vide as follows:
"(C,) Howard Avenue"
Section 2: Howard Avenue is designated a through high-
way within the meaning of and in conformity to the provisions of
§600 and §21354 of the Vehicle Code of the State of California,
and the Director of Public Works is authorized and directed to
erect and place or cause to be erected and placed the signs pro-
vided for in §21354 at all intersections with Howard Avenue which
are within the exclusive jurisdiction of the City of Burlingame.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 19th day of June, 1967, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of July , 1967 , by the following votes:

NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
