AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.08.060 THEREBY
FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE CITY CLERK FOR
SPECIAL SERVICES
The City Council of the City of Burlingame does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3.08.060 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Burlingame is hereby amended to read as follows:
SECTION 3.08.060. The City Clerk shall receive the sum
of $218.00 during the month of May, 1967, and thereafter he
shall receive the sum of $146.00 per month as compensation for
his services as City Auditor and Assistant Secretary of the
Planning Commission.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be published as required
by law.

I, Herbert K. White, City Clerk, do hereby certify that
the foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council held on the 6th day of March , 1967,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 20th day of March 1967, by the following
vote:

Noes: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: Crosby
