A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS — EL CAMINO REAL WATER MAIN IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT, BY CRATUS INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 83510
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council
finds, orders, and determines as follows:
1. The Director of Public Works has certified that the work done by Cratus Inc. under the
terms of its contract with the City dated June 6, 2016, has been completed in accordance with the
plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the satisfaction of the Director of Public
Works.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 83510.
3. Said work is accepted.
I, Meaghan Hassel Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby certify that the
foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 19`h day of
June, 2017, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
