AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING SUBPARAGRAPH
39 TO SECTION 13.20.010 AND PROVIDING FOR AN
INTERSECTION STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF
OAK GROVE AVENUE AND CAROLAN AVENUE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 13.20.010 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Burlingame is amended by adding thereto subparagraph 39
which shall read and provide as follows:
"39. The driver of any vehicle travelling west
on Oak Grove Avenue and approaching Carolan
Avenue shall bring said vehicle to a full stop
before entering the intersection of Oak Grove
Avenue and Carolan Avenue."
Section 2: The Director of Public Works is directed and
ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice of
the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council held on the 4th day of March, 1968, and adopted there-
after at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18th
day of March , 19 68 , by the following votes:
