AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
iE THE CITY OF BURLINGAME BY ADDING SUB -PARAGRAPH
38 TO SECTION 13.20.010 AND PROVIDING FOR AN
INTERSECTION STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF
FRONTERA WAY AND SEBASTIAN DRIVE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME DOES ORDAIN
as follows:
Section 1: Section 13.20.010 of the Municipal Code of
the City of Burlingame is amended by adding thereto Sub -paragraph
38 which shall read and provide as follows:
"38. The driver of any vehicle travelling east
on Frontera Way and approaching Sebastian Drive
shall bring said vehicle to a full stop before
entering the intersection of Frontera Way and
Sebastian Drive."
Section 2: The Director of Public Works is directed
and ordered to procure and install appropriate signs giving notice
of the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3: This ordinance shall be published as re-
quired by law.

the foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
City Council held on the 15th day of January, 1968, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
5th day of February , 1968 , by the following
votes:

Martin.
NOES: Councilmen: None
Absent Councilmen: None
