A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH CSG
CONSULTANTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION AND MANAGEMENT
FOR THE NEIGHBORHOOD STORM DRAIN NO. 9 PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 84780
RESOLVED, by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California and this
Council FINDS, ORDERS and DETERMINES AS FOLLOWS:
1. The public interest and convenience require execution of the agreement cited in
the title above.
2. The City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Burlingame.
3. The City Clerk is ordered to attest such sVature.

certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 19`h day of June, 2017 and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
