A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
ACCEPTING THE MURRAY FIELD LIGHTING INSTALLATION BY
TENNYSON ELECTRIC, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 83360
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the City of Burlingame, California, and this
Council finds, orders and determines as follows:
1. The Park and Recreation Director of said City has certified that the work done
by Tennyson Electric, Inc., under the terms of its contract and amendments with the City
dated March 17, 2016, April 18, 2016, and August 11, 2017, has been completed in
accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Parks and Recreation Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 83360.
3. Said work is hereby accepted.
I, Meaghan Hassel -Shearer, City Clerk of the City of Burlingame, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 5th day of June, 2017, and was adopted thereafter by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS:BEACH, BROWNRIGG, COLSON, KEIGHRAN, ORTIZ
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
