TMPROVEMENTS - (PALOMA PLAYGROUND RENOVATTON) BY COMMUNTTY
PLAYGROUNDS, INC.
CITY PROJECT NO. 84940
RESOLVED by the CITY COUNCIL of the Gity of Budingame, Califomia, which finds, orders
and determines as follows:
Said work is accepted.

Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 18h day of June, 201 8,

1. The Director of Parks and Recreation of the City has certified the work done by Gommunity
Playgrounds, lnc. under the terms of its contract with the City dated October 2, 20'17 has been
completed in accordance with the plans and specifications approved by the City Council and to the
satisfaction of the Director of Parks and Recreation.
Said work is particularly described as City Project No. 84940
