AIdARDING CONTRACT
PERSHING PARK,PROJECT #632
I^IHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL has authorized an invita
or bids for the Pershing Park Project, No- 632,
WHEREAS, ON September 30, t986, a1l bids received
opened before the City Clerk and the Director of Parks, and
WHEREAS, B & B Landscaping Contractors, Inc-
submitted the lowest bid for the job but has been determineci to
disqualified from bidding, and
WHEREAS, I{unkclale Brothers submitted the next lowest
id in the amount of $26L,29O.00,lncluding alternatives A-2 and
3,
NOW, TI'IEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED and it is hereby
that the award of this project to B & B Landscaping by
Resolution No. 114-86 is hereby recinded and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED as hereby ORDERED that the
bid of Munkclale Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $26Lt290'00 for
said work including alternatives A-2 and A-3 be, and the same is
hereby accePted;
BE IT FURTHER F.BSOLVED thAt A CONITACI bE ENIETCd
into between the successful bidder hereinabove referred to and the
City of Burlingame for the performance of said work, and that the
City Manager be, and he hereby is authorized for and on behalf of
the city of Burlingame to execute said contract and to approve the
faithful performance bond and the labor and materials bond
required to be furnished bY the con

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
