SUGGESTED ACTION
1. CALL TO ORDER: 4:30p.m. Lane Community Room
2. ROLL CALL: Library Board and City Council
3. PUBLIC COMMENTS: At this time persons in the audience may speak on any item on the
agenda or any other matter. The Brown Act prohibits the Library Board from acting on any
matter which is not on the agenda. It is the policy of the Library Board to refer such matters
to staff for investigation and/or action. The Library Board President may limit speakers to
three minutes each.
