March 20th 1990
The meeting of March 20th, 1990 was called to order by President
Bacigalupi at 4:30pm.
Trustees Present: All Trustees were present
Trustees Absent: None
Staff Present: Mrs. Patricia Bergsing, City Librarian
Mr. Alfred Escoffier, Assistant City Librarian
Mrs. Judy Gladysz, Library Secretary
BES:
M/S/C (Blevins/Robertson) unanimously to approve the payment of
City checks in the amount of$29,251.17, and payment of the Trustees
Special Fund in the amount of$1,555.52.

Minutes of the meeting of February 20th, 1990 were approved as
written and ordered filed.

Memo on Legislative Issues from Mike Dillon: Mailed in packets
Library Events: Mailed in packets
Letter from space planner Mr. Waters: Distributed at meeting FYI
Relponts_
Librarian's Report: Mrs. Bergsing gave an update on the Duncan
Property. Trustee Robertson inquired about borrowing the ALA posters
from P.L.S. for an exhibit at the Library. Mrs. Bergsing replied that
Burlingame was already scheduled for a fall show.
System Advisory Board - Trustee Robertson: Trustee Robertson gave a
report on the recent SAB meeting she attended.

The meeting of March 20th, 1990, was adjourned at 5:00pm with the
next meeting scheduled for April 16th, 1990 at 4:30pm in the California
Room.
