a. Consider Adoption of Interim Urgency Ordinance extending a temporary moratorium on the
placement and approvals of Wireless Telecommunications Facilities in the City of Burlingame
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter
within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from
acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the
door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each.

a. Introduce an Ordinance amending the Municipal Code, Chapter 15.10 relative to sanitary sewer
use regulations
b. Direction to staff concerning preparation of a wireless telecommunications antenna Ordinance
and approval of interim report
c. Parks & Recreation Commission recommendation to form a Park and Recreation Foundation
d. Parks and Recreation Commission recommendation on Burlingame Golf Center reconfiguration
e. VB Golf agreement restructuring
9. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR
There are no consent items.
