CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 p.m. – Council Chambers 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG 3. ROLL CALL 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Regular Council Meeting of March 5, 2012 5. UPCOMING EVENTS 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Adopt Leaf Blower Ordinance b. Adopt an Ordinance repealing Chapter 6.48 of the Burlingame Municipal Code, “Cable Television Systems” and enacting a new Chapter 6.50, “Video Service Provided by State Franchise Holders” 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. Adopt a Resolution approving an amendment to Bay Area Biosolids-to-Energy joint exercise power agreement b. Approval of a new job classification entitled Police Communications and Records Supervisor c. Approval for out-of-state training for two Public Works Water Division employees 10. COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND ACTIVITIES REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Council Members report on committees and activities and make announcements. 11.
