Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation - Gov. Code 54956.9(a) Extenet Systems vs. City of Burlingame 1. CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 p.m. – Council Chambers 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG 3. ROLL CALL 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Regular Council Meeting of January 17, 2012 5. UPCOMING EVENTS 6. PUBLIC HEARINGS a. Adopt an Ordinance establishing zoning regulations and performance standards for the installation, placement and construction of wireless communications facilities within the City of Burlingame b. Approval of the expenditure of Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Funds (SLESF) also referred to as Citizens Options for Public Safety (COPS) 2 Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the City Council regarding any item on this agenda will be made available for public inspection at the Water Office Counter at City Hall located at 501 Primrose Road during normal business hours. 7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each. 8. STAFF REPORTS AND COMMUNICATIONS a. Potential development of city-owned parking lots, review of request for qualifications (RFQ) process and recommendations of the downtown specific plan subcommittee and provide direction to staff relative to negotiations with selected developers b. Consider appointment to the Planning Commission 9. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR a. Adopt a Resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Kennedy Jenks for construction management of the Burlingame Gate/Grove/Village subdivisions water main project, phase 2 b. Adopt a Resolution approving a contract with the Burlingame School District 10. COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND ACTIVITIES REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Council Members report on committees and activities and make announcements. 11.
