6. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. Public Art Application
b. Proposition 218 Public Hearing and adoption of a Resolution increasing the 2012 solid waste
rates for all accounts
c. (i) Adopt an urgency Ordinance establishing zoning regulations and performance standards for
the installation, placement and construction of wireless communications facilities within the City
of Burlingame; (ii) Introduce an Ordinance establishing zoning regulations and performance
standards for the installation, placement and construction of wireless communications facilities
within the City of Burlingame
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter
within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from
acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the
door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each.

9. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Adopt a Resolution accepting the construction contract for the citywide neighborhood storm
drainage improvements project by W. R. Forde Associates, Inc.
b. Adopt a Resolution awarding a construction contract to Ranger Pipelines, Inc. for the
Burlingame Gate/Grove/Village Subdivisions water main replacement project, phase 2
10. COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND ACTIVITIES REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS Council Members report on committees and activities and make announcements.
