For meeting of January 11, I979, approved unanimously.
CURRENT BUSINESS
Consolidation of S.P.R.R Station near Oak Grove Avenue. No new
information.
Hedge at Vancou./er,Jacklinq and Easton Drive. Now considered
conforming to City ord inance.
GoaI srlobiectives: To be discussed at the March 8th meeting for
recommendations.
Four-wav Stoo sicns reguested at the corners of Lorton and Howard
arrer,ou", and Occidental and Chapin Avenues, by Mr. ir. C. Franklin,
1616 Chapin Avenue. As !1r. Franklin was present for discussion of
his letter under New Business, Item 2, Chairman Graham moved it to
the first item. The suggested traffic improvements were revi-ewed
and the accident history discussed. The commission decided that the
improvements were not warranted at this time, but instructed the
Traffic Engineer maintain surveilLance for any change in status.

ity ;f paving the parking lot on the S. F. Water Department right-
of-way near the Burlingame S. P. Station be studied.
Review. Chairman Graham reviewed other commissions' minutes-

Bicycle facilities to be discuased at future meetings.
NEW BUSINESS

1. Discussion of Mr. Kraissovsky's letter was conducted. Review of
accident history was made. The Commission decided the imProvement
was not \./arranted and instructed staff to write a letter to that effect.
3. Commission reviewed the requested parking changes adjacent to
Burlingame Plaza. They directed staff to collect pertinent data and
report back to the Commission.
4. The Commission reviewed the traffic accident histories for the
intersection of Skyline Blvd.. and Trousdale Drive and the intersection
of Bayshore B1vd., and Stanton Road. After generat discussion. it was
proposed that a recommendation be made to the city Council that the
funds scheduled for construction of the Trousdale Drive signal be
reassigned to the intersection of OId Bayshore and stanton Road.
