4.1 Action Items.
4.1.1 Approval of Minutes of July 12, 1984. Approved as issued.
4.2 Discussion.
4.2.1 Parking Probiem - 100 Biock of Myrtle Road.
Commission discussion: Mr, Mani (DatsonVille) .is still
attempting to lease off-street parking; staff discussionwith resident (Mr. Mortensen) indicates situation has im-
proved; still some problems. The Conrnission agreed to
drop this item. Staff to write a letter to Mr. David
Mortensen, I24 Myrtle Avenue, Burlingame, informing himof thi s acti on .

Staff reported that the developer has not indicated when
he wants to appear before Commission. Continue as inac-ti ve i tem.

6.1..l Short Term Parking Zone - 863 Mitten Road.

Traffic Engineer Moore informed Commission that green
zone has been instalied at this location.
6.1 .2 Crosswalk Protection - Cal ifornia Drive at Carmelita (Ltr, att. )
Commissioner will take a Iook at this Iocation before
September meeting. Traffic Engineer will send corres-
pondence to Kerwin Galleries stating this will be on
the Agenda under Discussion at the next meeting.
6.1.3 Burlingame Auto Supply - Yellow Zone,
Traffic Engineer reported briefly on this item.
It was observed that there was a new coat of ye1 1ow
paint on what could have been an old loading zone.
This was painted without the City's authorization.
The yelIow was subsequentiy painted grey by the City
forces. Traffic Engineer Moore will contact the
Burlingame Auto Supply to inform them of procedures
for acqui ri ng Loading Zones,
