4.1 Action Items.
4.1.1 Approval of Minutes of June 14, 1984. Approved as issued.
4.2 Discussion.
4.2 1 Request for Two-Hour Parking on Caro'lan Avenue - Mike Harvey 0lds.

Motion was made (Cornm. Cappa/Lehrfeld) to leave Chapin Avenue as is.
Traffic Engineer Moore, will send a staff report to Council.
Status Report, Parking Problern - 100 BIock of Myrtle Road.
Staff reported that discussions with concerned citizen indicate that
situation has improved but that "some" problems remain. Continue for
August meeti ng.
Request for Change in Loading Zone - Donnelly at Lorton Avenue.
Staff reported that no accident problem esists at this location.
Suggested location on Donnel Iy Avenue for "switch" of parking is too

4,2.4 small. Motion was made (Comm. Cappa/Johnson) to deny change.Traffic Engineer Moore, will send comespondence to Ms, BarbaraJ. Carruth, c/o Mike's Augomotive Service, 1212 Donnelly Avenue,
informing her of the "no action" decision by the Commisiion.
4.2.5 Burlingame Avenue Railroad Station Landscaping,
Chairman Ellis reported that the City had sent a letter with comments
on Iandscaping plans and expressing some concerns with parking changes.
Cornmissioners raised questions regarding Commission's roie and timingin this issue. tlilI be on Agenda for August meet.ing.
