Install 2-Hour Parking Signs on regarding 2-hour parking on Adel ine Driye and adjacent streets, in order to get residents' input on the student parking in this area. Comm. Hol lman After much discussion, Commission decided to put A. Simonettithis under the Inactive Items until September 1987. Motion made and seconded (Comm. Commission moved this item to the July 23, L987 meeting under Action Items. 4.1.6 Request for Yellow Zone - Lorton Avenue (across from Donnelly. ) This item deferred until the July 23, 1987 meeting when Commissioner HolIman will be available to discuss. lrlill be on the Agenda under hction I tems . 4.2 Di scuss ion Items. 4.2.L Intersections Broadway/ Cabri 1 I o/ Cortez - Hazardous Visibility with Cars Parked at Corners. This item will be under Action Items for the July 23, 1987 meeting. Traffic Engineer described in detail that Red Zones to be instailedat Broadway so that left turns can be made to go to the business district. Also, that Carmelita will be added. Residents on the affected corners to be notified of the proposal . 4.2.2 Request for Short-Term Parking l4eters - Downtown Burlingame Parking. Traffic Engineer will bring back information to the Juiy 23,1987 meeting on short-term meters and l0-hour meters. INACTIVE ITEMS. 5,1.1 Handicap Zones in City of Burlingame. Will be under Action Items for July 23, 1987 meeting. (Send Agenda to Garden Cafe and Chamber of Commerce. ) 6.1.2 Traffic Problems - Burlingame Avenue at Intersections Anita Road and Arundel - No Stop Signs/SamTrans Buses on Streets. This will be a Discussion Item for the July 23, 1987 meeting. Commission will Iook at this and bring back information for meeting. 6.1.3 Request to Paint Curb Blue - 1325 Baiboa Avenue.
