Crosswalk in front ofBurlingame Avenue.
Recreation Department on
Comm. OrDonnell checked this crosswatk severaltimes. Discussion followed as to possiblesolutions; fLashing yetlow light, warningsigns, etc. Mr. Dellaway advised that thiiissue was revlewed in 1987 and there are twomain problems, the Eucatyptus trees are in theway and no conduit 1s availabte for the 1ight.He also stated that there have been no acci-dents since 1987. Officer Cutler stated thatthere have been no other complaints about thiscrosswalk. Cotnm. O'Donnell eriI]. discuss thlswith Recreation Director Wagner and report backnext meeting. Comm. Evans will check the siteout at night. It was moved and seconded (Comm.

Comm. OrDonnell stated that he sees no reasonfor this stop sLgn. per Mr. Del1away, trafficdata on this intersection arrived too 1ate forpresentation. Data erj.11 be presented nextmonth. Cofiun. Simonetti stated that the trees
seemed to be the reason for the hindered viewof cross traffic and that no stop sign shouldbe needed. It was moved and seconded (Comm.
Simonetti/Evans ) that this appear as an ActionItem on Juners agenda.
Comm. Simonetti requested that Mr. DeIlaway].ook at a potentiaL hazard on HiLlside Circte.As you turn right into Summit Drlve, there issuch an overgrowth of bushes that one mustchange lanes to avoid them. Mr. Dellaway saidthat the bushes should be cut back to alleviateproblem. Mr. Dellaway witl Look into this.
