CALL TO ORDER. 7:00 p.m. by Chairman Evans.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG.
ROLL CALL. 3 of 6 Commissioners present. A quorum was not present. Although no
action was taken at this meeting, each New Business item was discussed.
4, CURRENT BUSINESS.
4.1 ACTION ITEMS.
4.1.1 Minutes of October 10, 1996. No action at this time.
4.2 DISCUSSION ITEMS. None.
INACTM ITEMS. None.
NEW BUSINESS.
6.1, Request to Reroute SamTrans Buses from Ray Drive to Trousdale Drive
Sgt. Haseleu advised that these buses have been using this route for years. Mr.
Dellaway advised that since these are school buses, the route does not need to be
approved formally. Speed of the buses has been reduced and there have been no
accidents. Comm. Evans stated we should expect a petition signed by neighbors
regarding this request. This will be a Discussion Item next month.
From the floor, Mr. Tanisawa advised that from his office he can see pedestrians
as they exit the rear of Fox Plaza; and it is hazardous since they exit directly onto
Fox Plaza Lane. Sgt. Haseleu advised there is no space to install a Stop sign and
speed bumps won't help. Mr. Dellaway will check with Planning to see what is
proposed with the pending construction of a new Safeway/Walgreens store adjacent
to Fox Plaza Lane. This will be a Discussion Item next month.
6.3 Request for Height Restrictions of Parked Vehicles at 1435 Bellewe Avenue
Sgt. Haseleu prefers height restriction to red zone so no parking space is
eliminated. Mr. Dellaway was concerned that a height restriction sign might
encourage neighbors to request same. This will be a Discussion Item next month.

6.2 Request for Speed Bumps on Fox PlazaLane
November 14, 1996

Sgt. Haseleu advised that kft at Albuquerque has canceled their request for valet parking.
