It was clarified that although it wasn't in the council minutes, one of the council members did mention a Stop sign on Larkspur at Linden. From the floor, Ms. Garcia suggested speed bumps and Children at Play signs on Larkspur since there is a large number of children in the area of Azalea to Linden. Mr. Erbacher advised that speed bumps are not a recognized speed deterrent but will research that possibility and repoft back at the next meeting. Sgt. Tokarski read monitoring report of speeds reached during the commuter morning hours for several different days. Residents responded that the problem is when children are at play - late afternoon. Sgt. Tokarski agreed to assign a monitor in that time frame and will repoft again next month. Regarding overnight on-street parking, the ambulance is gone; and the school bus owner has agreed to keep it off street. Residents spoke of overnight parking permits. Sgt. Tokarski indicated that residents on other streets can also apply. They don't want height limit signs installed. Comm. Auran will pursue holding a special meeting before the next regular commission meeting to expedite the commission's acting on the Stop sign. 4.2.2 Request for "No Overnight Parking" Sign on Gilbreth Road From the floor, Mr. Lovotti requested a 12-hour zone to eliminate the truck parking problem on their street.
