RESOLUTION ACCEPTING COMPLETION OF
ALPINE/PALOMA PLAYGROUNDS REHABILITATION
CITY PROJECT NO. 9714
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California, and this Council does
hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE as follows:
1. The Parks & Recreation Director of said City has certified that the work done by
COLLISHAW CONSTRUCTION OF SAN JOSE, under the terms of its contract with the City of
Burlingame dated JUNE 16 1998, has been completed in accordance with the plans and
specifications approved by this Council therefor and to the satisfaction of the Parks & Recreation
Director.
2. Said work is particularly described as #9714 ALPINE/PALOMA PLAYGROUNDS
REHABILITATION.
3. Said work be and the same hereby is accepted.
4. The city engineer is directed to execute and file for record with the County Recorder notice
of the completion thereof as required by law.

foregoing Resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the
SEVENTH day of DECEMBER 1998, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
