RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AMENDING THE CITY'S CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE IN ORDER TO AMEND
THE LIST OF DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND CONSULTANTS TO
INCLUDE MEMBERS OF THE DESIGN REVIEW PANEL
WHEREAS, the City has adopted a Conflict of Interest Code in Resolution 12-98 pursuant
to the Political Reform Act, Government Code Sections 81000 and following; and
WHEREAS, the City is adopting an ordinance that would create a design review process for
review of second story additions and construction and utilize a design review panel to advise the
Planning Commission;; and
WHEREAS, individual panelists will be making recommendations to the Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, State law requires that in such a process, the members of the panel file
statements of economic interests to enhance the integrity of the process,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. Resolution 12-98 is amended by adding the following to Appendix A:
The following City officers are designated for filing statements of economic interests pursuant to the
City Conflict of Interest Code and the Political Reform Act:
