RESOLUTION NO. 6-98
RESOLUTION APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT BETWEEN
577 AIRPORT BOULEVARD (APN 026-363-480) AND
433 AIRPORT BOULEVARD (APN 026-250-240)
AND
RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 36-97
AFFECTING 533 AIRPORT BOULEVARD (APN 026-363-250)
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame, California:
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1997, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 36-97, which
approved a lot line adjustment on Airport Boulevard in the City of Burlingame; and
WHEREAS, Resolution 36-97 incorrectly identified the parcel from which the portion of
property shown in Exhibit B-1 to that resolution was to be deeded as 533 Airport Boulevard
(APN 026-363-250); and
WHEREAS, the owners of 577 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, California (APN 026-
363-480) and 433 Airport Boulevard, Burlingame, California (APN 026-363-240) have requested
that the lot line adjustment generally shown in Bay PArk Plaza II - Exhibit C hereto be approved
in that::
A. The land described and generally shown in Exhibit A hereto be transferred from
577 Airport Boulevard to 433 Airport Boulevard; and
B. The land described and generally shown in Exhibit B hereto be transferred from
433 Airport Boulevard to 577 Airport Boulevard.
WHEREAS, the proposed transfer of land meets all City zoning and building codes
subject to the construction of certain improvements, and
WHEREAS, the resolution incorrectly affecting 533 Airport Boulevard should be
corrected and the correction made of record,
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved and determined as follows:
1. Resolution No. 36-97 is rescinded.
2. Pursuant to Government Code § 66412(d), the lot line adjustment as set forth
above and in Exhibits A and B hereto are approved.
3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to executed for and on behalf
of the City of Burlingame the improvement agreement concerning this lot line adjustment, and the
City Clerk shall attest his signature to that agreement.
4. The City Clerk is hereby requested and directed to record a certified copy of this
resolution in the official records of the Count

the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 28th
day of JANUARY ,1998, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:

CONVEYANCE PIECE
All that real property situate in the City of Burlingame, County of San Mateo, State of California,
being a portion of Parcel G as said Parcel is shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP"
filed for record on June 16, 1982 in Volume 52 of Maps at Page 70 in the Office of the Recorder of
San Mateo County, State of California, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an angle point along the northerly line of said Parcel G, said point also being the
most southwesterly corner of Parcel A as said Parcel is shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL
MAP" filed for record on November 8, 1975 in Volume 34 of Maps at Pages 1 and 2 in the Office
of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California;
thence along the said northerly line of said Parcel G North 46°00'00" West, a distance of 82.50 feet
to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence leaving said line South 44°00'00" West, a distance of 56.00 feet to the most easterly corner
of Parcel A as said Parcel is shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL MAP" filed for record
on July 24, 1975 in Volume 28 of Maps at Page 39 in the Office of the Recorder of San Mateo
County, State of California;
thence along the northeasterly line of said Parcel A, said line being the northerly line of said Parcel
G North 46000100" West, a distance of 182.50 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
thence along said line being said curve having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of
90°00'00", an arc length of 31.42 feet to the point of cusp;

thence leaving said Parcel A line and continuing along said northerly line of Parcel G North
44°00'00" East, a distance of 76.00 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
thence continuing along said line being said curve having a radius of 556.50 feet, through a central
angle of 2°08'11", an are length of 20.75 feet to a point of cusp and the southwesterly line of said
Parcel A as said Parcel is shown on said map Volume 34 of Maps at Pages 1 and 2;
thence southerly along said southwesterly line also being said northerly line along a curve to the left
having an initial radial line bearing South 43°51'50" East, a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central
angle of 92'08'10", an arc length of 32.16 feet;
thence continuing along said line South 46°00'00" East, a distance of 182.13 feet to the TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing an area of 11,516 square feet, more or less.
A plat showing the above described easement is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit
"Al".
