RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURLINGAME
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO SIGN AGREEMENT WITH
DAIN RAUSCHER, INC. FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Burlingame:
WHEREAS, the current interest rates may allow the City to refinance and finance
improvements to the City sanitary sewer system, and
WHEREAS, Dain Rauscher as successor to Rauscher Pierce Refsnes, Inc. is familiar with
the City financial position and has assisted the City in the financing of a number of City projects; and
WHEREAS, Dain Rauscher is willing and able to provide such services with regard to the
development of financing and refinancing of the sanitary sewer system in 1998,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED:
1. The Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A is approved, and the City Manager is
authorized to execute the Agreement for and on behalf of the City

that the foregoing resolution was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held on the 5th
day of JANUARY ,1998, and was adopted thereafter by the following vote:
