1. CALL TO ORDER – 7:00 p.m. – Council Chambers
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG

4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES – Regular Council meeting of December 3, 2012

6. PUBLIC HEARINGS
a. Resolution approving and levying 2013 San Mateo County Tourism Business Improvement District
assessments on hotel businesses within the District
b. Amendment to a prior design review approval for as-built changes to a new three
and a half story, single family dwelling with an attached garage, located within a single-family
residential (R-1) zone
7. PUBLIC COMMENTS – At this time, persons in the audience may speak on any item on the agenda or any other matter
within the jurisdiction of the Council. The Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits Council from
acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are requested to fill out a “request to speak” card located on the table by the
door and hand it to staff. The Mayor may limit speakers to three minutes each.

a. Participation on Blue Ribbon Task Force to consider changes to the South Bayside Waste
Management Authority (SBWMA) government structure and Board composition
b. Introduce an Ordinance for a 2-hour parking limit along the 200 block of Crescent Avenue
9. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR
a. Update on Burlingame Financing Authority bonds
b. 2013 City of Burlingame Investment Policy
10. COUNCIL COMMITTEE AND ACTIVITIES REPORTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS
