Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits the City Council from acting on any matter that is not on the agenda. Speakers are asked to fill out a "request to speak" card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff, although the provision of a name, address or other identifying information is optional. Adoption of a Resolution Awarding a Construction Contract for the 2013 Street Resurfacing Program to O’Grady Paving, Inc. c. Adoption of a Resolution Approving and Authorizing the City Manager to Execute the 2nd Amendment to the Agreement between the City of Burlingame and the Burlingame Aquatic Club, Inc. for the Management and Operation of, and for the Provision of Aquatic Programs at the Burlingame Aquatic Center d.
