b. Presentation of a Proclamation Recognizing May as National Mental Health Awareness Month
c. Presentation of a Proclamation Recognizing May 9, 2014 as National Registered Nurses Day

7. PUBLIC COMMENTS, NON-AGENDA - Members of the public may speak about any item not on the agenda.
Members of the public wishing to suggest an item for a future Council agenda may do so during this public comment period. The
Ralph M. Brown Act (the State local agency open meeting law) prohibits the City Council from acting on any matter that is not on
the agenda. Speakers are asked to fill out a "request to speak" card located on the table by the door and hand it to staff, although
the provision of a name, address or other identifying information is optional. Speakers are limited to three minutes each; the Mayor
may adjust the time limit in light of the number of anticipated speakers.
8. APPROVAL OF CONSENT CALENDAR Consent calendar items are usually approved in a single motion,
unless pulled for separate discussion. Any member of the public wishing to comment on an item listed here may do so by
submitting a speaker slip for that item in advance of the Council’s consideration of the consent calendar.

b. Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Extension of the
Professional Services Agreement for Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication Services with
Turbo Data Systems, Inc. for an Additional One Year
c. Adoption of a Resolution Amending the Salary Schedule in the AFSCME Local 2190 January 1,
2012 to June 30, 2015 Memorandum of Understanding
d. Adoption of a Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Professional Services Agreement with
David J. Powers & Associates, Inc. to Perform Environmental Review Services Related to the
Proposed Carolan Avenue Multi-Family Residential Development Project at 1008-1028 Carolan
Avenue and 1007-1025 Rollins Road
e. Adoption of an Ordinance to Add Stop Signs on Burlingame Avenue at Park Road
f. Adoption of a Resolution Approving the Final Parcel Map (Phase 3) for Lot Combination
