ORDINANCE EXTENDING ORDINANCE 1391 PROHIBITING
ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS ON CERTAIN
PARCELS BOUND BY EDGEHILL DRIVE AND CALIFORNIA DRIVE
Section 1. Extension of Interim Ordinance.
Ordinance 1391, adopted by this Council on May 15, 1989,
and extended on June 19, 1989, is hereby extended to June
5, 1990.
Section 2. This ordinance is adopted pursuant
to Government Code Section 65858, appropriate notice and
hearing having been given. Said extension is necessary to
allow sufficient time to further study zoning and general
plan amendments of the subject area and provide sufficient
time for the adoption of an ordinance implementing such
amendments.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was introduced
and adopted at a regular meeting of the Burlingame City Council held on
the 6th day of November, 1989 by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AMSTRUP, BARTON, LEMBI, MANGINI, PAGLIARO
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
