ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AIRPORT PARKING LOTS
AS A CONDITIONAL USE IN THE C-4 ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 25.41.025 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(i) Airport parking lots in the Anza Planning
Area, as said Area is described in Exhibit "M" of the
Bayfront Specific Plan, which comply with at least the
following criteria:
(1) the sole purpose of the use is the parking for
one day or longer of vehicles of persons using the San
Francisco International Airport;
(2) a minimum site size of three (3) acres;
(3) permit term limited to five (5) years;
(4) no more peak hour vehicle trips are generated
than allowed by the traffic analyzer for the
use designated for the site in the general
plan;
(5) the Design Guidelines for Bayfront
Development and Bay Conservation and
Development
Commission
public
access
requirements
are
met;
(6) no parking
is
within
a structure
above or
below grade."
Section 2 This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 17th day of January , 1990, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 5thday of February 1990, by the
following vote:
