AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BURLINGAME MUNICIPAL CODE
AND THE ZONING MAPS THEREIN INCORPORATED
BY RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN LOTS BOUNDED BY
BROADWAY, ROLLINS ROAD, TOYON DRIVE AND
CAROLAN AVENUE FROM LIGHT INDUSTRIAL (M-1) DISTRICT
AND MULTI -FAMILY (R-4) DISTRICT TO
FIRST COMMERCIAL (C-1) AND SECOND COMMERCIAL (C-2) DISTRICT
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows: 912.010
Section 1. Section of said code and the
zoning maps attached to Ordinance No. 539 are hereby amended
by reclassifying Assessor's Parcels 026-233-020 through 026-
233-111J, 026-240-040,and 026-240-290 through 026-240-360
from the Light Industrial (M-1) District to the Second
Commercial (C-2) District, by reclassifying Assessor's
Parcels 026-231-120 and 026-231-190 from the Light
Industrial (M-1) District to the First Commercial (C-1)
District, and by reclassifying Assessor's Parcels 026-231-
140 and 026-231-250 through 026-231-270 from the Multi-
family (R-4) District to the First Commercial (C-1)
District.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
on the 7th day of May , 1990, and adopted
thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council held on
the 21st day of May 1990, by the following
