ORDINANCE No. 1430
ORDINANCE AMENDING DESIGNATION OF HOLIDAYS
--- FOR PURPOSE OF ENFORCING PARKING METERS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 13.04.100 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
1113.04.100 Holidays. Within the meaning of this
title, "holidays" are the first day of January, the third
Monday of January, the third Monday of February, the last
the first Monday in S
Monday of May, the.fourth day of July / the eleventh day
of November, the fourth Thursday in November and the
twenty-fifth day of December. If the first day of
January, the forth day of July, the eleventh day of
November, or the twenty-fifth day of December falls.upon
a Sunday, the Monday following is "a holiday."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.

ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 23rdday of January 1991,
and adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City
Council held on the 4thday of February 1991,
