ORDINANCE No. 1432
ORDINANCE CONCERNING MEDICAL USES
IN SUB -AREA A OF BURLINGAME AVENUE COMMERCIAL ZONE
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Section 25.36.031, 1 (c) of the
Burlingame Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
"(c) Above the first floor only: hotels; offices
except health services, real estate and financial
institutions."
Section 3. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law.
