ORDINANCE No. 1435
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONE
ON NORTH SIDE OF PENINSULA AVENUE
FROM CALIFORNIA DRIVE TO SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1, Section 13.36.010 (23), establishing no
parking zone at any time on the north side of Peninsula
Avenue from California Drive to the Southern Pacific
Railroad, is hereby added to the Burlingame Municipal Code to
read as follows:
"(23) Peninsula Avenue, north side, from
California Drive to the Southern Pacific Railroad right of
way."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as

I, JUDITH A. MALFATTI, City Clerk of the City of
Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council held
