ORDINANCE N0. 1437
ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RESIDENCE REQUIREMENT FOR
PLANNING COMMISSIONERS
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. Section 3.40.010 of the Burlingame
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"3.40.010 Organization - Terms of Members -
Compensation. There shall be a Planning Commission of the
City of Burlingame, consisting of seven members appointed
by the Mayor with the approval of the Council. They shall
be qualified electors of the City, and hold office for a
term of four years, or until their respective successors
have been appointed and qualified. The members shall serve
without compensation, but all necessary expenses incurred,
by them while acting in their official capacity shall be
paid by appropriate action of the Council."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law. !l t
