ORDINANCE"AMENDING REGULATIONS CONCERNING
USE PERMITS FOR ADULT BUSINESSES
The CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF BURLINGAME does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1. Subsection (a) of Section 25.76.030
of the Burlingame Municipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
"(a) Adult entertainment businesses shall only be
allowed in the C-4 district with a conditional use permit
such permit shall be granted or denied within 90 days of
the receipt of a completed application for the permit."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be published as
required by law. y�

Burlingame, do hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council
held on the 4th day of September , 1991, and
adopted thereafter at a regular meeting of the City Council
